To make the full use of our service you can choose to use our platform to attend webinars. Whilst some areas of the platform mean you can keep your personal profile confidential, you might be able to see other members when attending these webinars.

It does not extend to any websites that are linked to or from our website (whether we provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). When you register your account on our website, or purchase a membership through our website, we ask you to set your contact preferences for marketing and market research communications from us. We shall not keep any personal data longer than necessary but acknowledge that this will be dependent on the different types of documents and data that we have responsibility for. We may share your personal data, with, speakers, partners and sponsors via your profile that you create on our platform but only where you have explicitly consented to this or requested that we do so.

We may disclose your personal data publicly via the media or social media. For example, when sharing a comment or opinion you have provided. In such cases, we will clearly notify you of the sharing and you will have the choice not to participate or to otherwise object to such sharing, subject to our other legal obligations.

All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying information.
